Green Dyslexia & Literacy Services was founded by Kate Green, a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), Licensed Dyslexia Therapist (LDT), and experienced special education teacher.
After witnessing the transformative impact of structured literacy instruction on her own daughter with dyslexia, Kate developed a passion for helping other students overcome reading challenges and become confident readers.

Kate has dedicated her career to helping students who struggle with reading develop the skills and confidence needed for academic success.
Her passion for dyslexia intervention is both professional and personal. After her own daughter was identified with dyslexia, Kate saw firsthand the challenges that struggling readers experience in school. Through structured literacy instruction using the Orton-Gillingham approach, she also witnessed the remarkable progress that is possible when students receive the right type of intervention.
Seeing the transformation in her daughter’s reading ability and confidence inspired Kate to focus her work on supporting students with dyslexia and other reading difficulties.
Green Dyslexia & Literacy Services was created to ensure that students who struggle with reading receive the specialized instruction they need to succeed.
